"I tried four city-centre gyms before finding The Foundry. None of them had anyone on the floor who could actually program a deadlift. I added 60kg to my pull in six months here. Nobody tried to upsell me a smoothie."

Yes. The Saturday 9am Beginners 101 class is built for people who have not touched a barbell. Three sessions, no booking required after the first. We do not charge to teach you the lifts.
No. The gym is open access. Coached sessions cap at six and need booking, but the floor itself is walk-in any time we are open.
Email us before the 1st of the month and your next payment will not go through. No notice period, no admin fee, no exit interview.
No. Coaches are salaried. If you want 1:1 work, it goes through the 12-week programme. We do not have anyone on the floor working sales targets.
Nothing on day one. We have chalk, belts in three sizes (£0 to borrow), straps, knee sleeves, and bands. Bring your own lifting shoes if you have them.
Yes, six free bays on the side of the building, plus on-street after 6pm. Cycle racks at the front. Bus stop 50m at the corner.

Easiest thing is to just turn up. If you would rather have someone meeting you at the door, leave a note and we will book you in.
